The rise of social media.
What do you think will represent the single biggest opportunity for printers in 2015 and why?
The growth in the economy. It has hit the bottom and it is slowly gaining momentum.
What do you think will represent the single biggest threat for printers in 2015 and why?
Intransigence. You have to keep moving forward at all times.
What’s the one thing that the industry should do more of, or do better, in 2015?
Training the younger generation. Print has an ageing workforce.
What was your biggest disappointment in 2014?
The lack of interest in print generally, which gives us a smaller talent pool than most industries.
What was your highlight of 2014?
Nationwide Print winning the PrintWeek SME of the Year award. Of course.

What are your hopes for 2015?
To find additional hard-working, gifted employees to add to those already in place.
What was the most important thing that you learnt in 2014?
The confirmation once again that hard work is the only way to succeed.
What if anything will you do differently in 2015?
Increase margins.
