Dunstall has become a director at Chichester-based Limefresh Media, which offers publishing and PR services.
The firm was set up in 2011 by former printer Maurice Snowdon. Snowdon resigned as a director of the business on 10 December 2014, the same day that Dunstall was appointed.
It’s not clear whether Snowdon is still involved with the company, although at the time of writing he was still listed as being the 100% shareholder.
Dunstall is now the company’s sole director.
According to the company’s website, Limefresh Media provides a wide range of services including magazine design and distribution, branding, printing, event and project management, social media and web design, and PR, marketing and advertising.
The firm's work includes Portsmouth Life magazine, and it lists Walt Disney Studios, Hotel Chocolat and Eurostar as being among its clients.
It bills itself as “the South’s fastest-growing media company”, although its Twitter feed has been inactive since September 2013 and its phone number diverts to an answerphone.
Corporate entity Limefresh Ltd is a small company so does not have to file full accounts. The business had shareholders’ funds of £3,026 at its last year-end.
PrintWeek was unable to reach Snowdon or Dunstall for comment.
Dunstall’s most recent print ventures have ended badly. He acquired the St Ives Direct Bradford business in September 2013 and renamed it Global MP. The business went into administration nine months later, leaving a total shortfall of more than £13m.
His Global MP Mailing business, formerly Prospect Mailing Services, also went bust owing £1.3m.
