Andrea Davies has become an independent non-executive director at the media group as of this week.

She worked at the then-IPC Media and subsequently Time Inc for nearly twenty years in a range of senior positions, eventually becoming group managing director.

She then became MD of Future’s Future Passions wing.

Since 2021 she has taken on a number of advisory and non-exec roles.

National World chairman David Montgomery praised the range of experience and skills she will bring to the group.
