"The carton sector is not an easy one within which to operate and our new structure is designed to make us leaner and enable us to work even more closely with our customers," said Collet (pictured).
The firm has three UK sites Cockburn Field in Leeds, Gillingham in Kent and Crewkerne in Somerset.
Earlier this year MY Cartons shut its Leicester site following a review of its short run operations.
The firm had already closed its Tring, Hertfordshire and Crown Point, Leeds sites but had invested 15m at Cockburn Field, also in Leeds.
The division also has plants in Hoogerheide, Netherlands and Londerzeel, Belgium and has a workforce of 1,300.
