The company's managing director Quen Baum said that US sales for the six months to June 2010 were "significantly" ahead of the same period last year.
Morgana intended to launch the Pro series, which had its worldwide debut at Ipex, at Graph Expo in October, but demand has been so high the company moved the date forward.
Baum said: "There was a lot of enthusiasm for the Pro range with its greater productivity and Smart-Screen ease of use and in the week since the conference we have taken firm orders for nearly $500,000 worth of equipment."
Morgana's Pro range consists of two AutoCreaser models, the DigiFold and DocuMaster Pro and the AutoFold Pro.
The company said its latest innovation which combines with any creaser, not just Morgana machines, to form a complete creasing and folding station.
