Moran has held the post since 2004 and was instrumental in a series of high-profile contract wins for the print management and document outsourcing group.
She is currently on gardening leave and will officially leave the firm next April.
Moran's most recent success was to secure a seven-year print outsourcing deal, worth 196m, with British Gas owner Centrica, revealed earlier this month. Other high-profile contracts won by the firm this year include Sainsbury's Bank and HSBC.
Moran's departure, announced last Thursday, came two weeks after Steven Vaughan replaced David Jones as chief executive and follows a series of resignations this year (see box).
Vaughan and Moran were unavailable for comment.
