Money talks but print runs for charity appeal

The team at AB Group have been doing their bit for charity recently after getting involved with the annual Pudsey 10K run as part of the BBC's Children in Need appeal.

Employees at the Batley, West Yorkshire-based business, which comprises AB CO, Wellan Studios and RW Reprographics, took part in the fun run to raise cash for  Marie Curie Care in Bradford.

According to the team, the gruelling task took in local sites, the Black Carr Woods and The Fox and Grapes public house - although we're hoping they didn't have a stop-off at the latter! ‘Clement' conditions were experienced by all while finishing manager Wayne Ferguson and lead printer Paul Worthy both finished the course in under an hour.

Nearly £1,000 was raised in total for a good cause, so congratulations to all who took part. If their good deed inspires you, then have a think about doing something similar for charity - the Children in Need Appeal Night is taking place on 20 November.
