Following on from the original Tx300P-1800 launched in 2017, the new version adds sublimation transfer printing capabilities in order to further diversify the applications available to operations ranging from small print providers to large production houses.

Capable of switching between direct-to-textile and transfer printing with interchangeable platens and three different ink combinations, the Tx300P-1800 MkII will be the lead product on display at Mimaki’s stand on 24-27 March at Fespa 2020 in Madrid.

Mimaki is targeting the machine at the entry-level market due to its diverse application capabilities ranging from fashion textiles to interior fabrics and wallpaper. Its three ink combinations comprise textile pigment/direct sublimation, textile pigment/sublimation transfer and direct sublimation/sublimation transfer.

With print resolutions ranging from 360dpi to 1,440dpi, the 1.9m-wide system runs at production speeds up to 20sqm/hr across a range of modes.

Hybrid Services will exclusively distribute the Tx300P-1800 MkII in the UK and Ireland.
