Branding consultancy FLB has created new eco-friendly packaging for the EnergySense kettle from kitchen appliance company Kenwood.

The kettle, which is aimed at eco-aware consumers, uses up to 35% less energy than standard kettles.

Third quarterly annual marketing budgets have been cut at a record rate as the economic crisis weakens business confidence, a survey published today has found.

The Bellwether survey, published by the IPA, found that business confidence was at an all time low, in the survey’s nine-year history.

Actress Charlize Theron has been ordered to appear in court for breaching her contract with Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil, which is seeking $20m (£12m) in damages from the Oscar winner for wearing a Christian Dior watch.

The legal action stems from a 14-month contract Theron signed with Raymond Weil in 2005, which stated that she must only wear Raymond Weil timepieces during public events, especially when the paparazzi is present. More...
