Photobitions management have denied reports that their buyout has collapsed (PrintWeek, 10 August).
UK marketing manager Rob Kelly said "nothing has changed" and the MBO was "still on schedule".
The Photobition Forum Action Group is going through a required legal process prior to calling for an EGM. It is also set to talk to institutions with a major shareholding in the group.
