Markzware said it hoped the commercial partnership would boost FlightCheck's UK presence.
FlightCheck Online allows customers to preflight, collect and deliver both PDF and non-PDF files locally from their desktop computers.
Pro2col managing director James Lewis said: "Online preflight is such a vital part of file transfer these days and FlightCheck Online provides a wide and time-tested set of rules to check against."
DistributorX managing director William Buckingham added that working with Pro2col was "a logical next step" in securing new publishing house clients.
FlightCheck Online is available in Standard and Enterprise editions, with prices ranging from £4,995 to £10,500.
