Man charged with theft of over 780,000 from Lancashire printer

A 40-year-old man has been charged with the theft of more than 780,000 from the Lancashire-based printing company where he worked, police have said.

David Moore, of Segars Lane, Southport, was arrested on 30 June and has subsequently been charged with 18 offences of theft from his employer – commercial printer Typolac.

Lancashire Police said Moore had been released on bail and was due to appear before Ormskirk Magistrates on 7 October.

Andrew Holcroft, managing director of Typolac, which is located in Skelmersdale, was unavailable for comment.
