The £4.8m deal, which was announced on Friday, sees the Glasgow-headquartered business boost its Packaging Distribution business and establish a foothold in the Far East.
Chief executive Peter Atkinson told PrintWeek: "Allpoint sells products sourced out of China, and the acquisition enables us to tap into that market and capitalise on the lower cost base.
"The company also has a knowledge and experience of the other markets in the region, including Cambodia and Vietnam."
Headquartered in Hayes, Allpoint also has sites in Southall and Basingstoke – a geographical spread that will "improve the groups market presence in the M3/M4 corridor".
Atkinson said the company was now looking to expand its distribution presence in Scotland and Kent with deals expected to be signed early next year.
