Bharat, who started at M Partners Wide, the wide-format division of print kit supplier M Partners, on 6 January, previously held a senior sales position with workflow solutions company One Vision after spending nine years as a support specialist with Xeikon. He has also worked in various capacities at Manroland and Agfa.

In his new position, Bharat will bring his expertise to the proofing market to attract new projects and reinforce relationships with current clients.

Bharat said: “I am, of course, delighted to be working with M Partners Wide and I am excited by the challenges posed by large format. This is one area of the print market that is still growing.”

He added: “My many years of experience in operational support in the digital print market will provide our customers with a level of expertise that they can benefit from, helping them to get the most from their software and hardware combination.”

Joint managing director Murray Lock told PrintWeek: “ We are really excited to have Bhupinder on board. We see great opportunites in the proofing market, particularly the interest we have seen from Canon. With Bhupinder’s expertise, we expect to see a great deal of business in this area.”
