The four-staff company in Aldermaston, Berks, runs two Ricoh machines, a Pro C7100 and a Pro C5100 installed in 2015; two Canon wide-format devices, an IPF 8300 and an IPF 780; and an HP Latex machine.
Managing director Anna Croucher took over the company 18 years ago from her brother, Trevor Mason, who launched the company from his garage but emigrated to New Zealand.
“I didn't know anything about print when I started – I was working for HP in their legal department, which helped as it gave me a knowledge of employment law.”
Customers range from local artists to businesses wanting exhibition materials, banners and print for vehicle wraps. Her company also offers laminating, binding and encapsulation.
“Though we are not expanding at the moment we have been steadily growing organically, and may look to further expand in the future. It's been a bit tough and for now we are consolidating.”
