Kodak Polychrome Graphics has completed its acquisition of Imations colour proofing business, including the Matchprint and Rainbow systems.
It expects the product ranges to be integrated by the end of the first quarter. More than 500 staff worldwide will transfer from Imation to KPG.
* Encad is holding a shareholders meeting on 23 January to vote on whether to accept the proposed takeover by Kodak.
