PaperExchange.com has promoted Stephen Korotsky to vice president of finance.
Korotsky has occupied the role of controller at PaperExchange since he joined the company in January 2000.
President and chief executive Duane DeSisto said Korotsky's "extensive experience in corporate finance and acquisitions" would be of great benefit to the firm as it looked to improve its overall profitability.
Korotsky will oversee all financial operations. He has 15 years' accounting and financial experience, for companies such as AAI-Foster Grant.
Also promoted, from director to vice president of exchange operations, is Christopher Todd.
