It includes a new senior role for Creo's Boudewijn Neijens and the appointment of a top executive from Agfa.
The positions relate to Kodak GCG's workflow and pre-press equipment (WPE) and pre-press consumables strategic product groups.
Neijens, formerly corporate vice president of global marketing at Creo, becomes vice president of marketing for WPE.
Etienne Van Damme joins Kodak following a 25-year career at Agfa, where he was most recently senior vice president business development and strategic accounts at its Graphic Systems group. He will become general manager for digital plates in the pre-press consumables business when he takes up his new job in October.
Brad Palmer, previously corporate vice president for ink-jet printing at Creo, takes on the role of general manager, proofing and colour at WPE.
Rob Pipe, previously worldwide business director for monitor proofing at Kodak Polychrome Graphics, becomes WPE's new director for proofing and colour marketing, reporting to Palmer.
WPE's new general manager for business workflow (including Synapse Upfront and new initiatives) is Bob Kutschke, who was previously director of business agility solutions products at Creo.
Kathy McHugh is the new vice president of marketing for pre-press consumables. She was previously staff vice president of strategy at KPG.
The packaging, flexo plates and thermal proofing media remit is taken by Vic Stalam, who becomes general manager for these products within the pre-press consumables wing. Stalam was formerly vice president, chief marketing and business development officer at KPG.
John Cross, previously director of KPG's worldwide film and colour proofing business, becomes general manager for film and conventional plates.
Kodak GCG chief operating officer Jeff Jacobson said the firm was "rapidly integrating our worldwide organisation". He stated: "With these appointments, our customers will benefit from the deep talent and experience of this team, all focused on delivering the services and solutions customers need to improve their businesses."
Neijens, Kutschke and Palmer will report to WPE general manager and vice president Judy Hess.
McHugh, Van Damme, Stalam and Cross will report to Doug Edwards, general manager and vice president of pre-press consumables.
