The pre-press packaging company is in talks with four unnamed brand owners on the Brand Process Management System, launched at the Packaging Innovation show at the NEC, earlier this month.
According to the Witham-based firm, the system can pinpoint where costs clock up or delays hamper work.
"It automates product development from initial concept brief to testing and includes all members of the supply chain," said Wyndeham Kestrel sales director Stephen Miles.
He added: "Clients benefit from reduced lead times and thereby improve the speed to market of their products."
Features of the system include project and task tracking, online PDF approval, digital brand guidelines and asset-management tools.
