Making its trade show debut will be the Kern PageMailer which produces on-demand, personalised, sealed and secure one-piece mailers.
The PageMailer, which processes full colour digital print, folds, perforates and glues, producing documents in c-fold, z-fold and single-fold formats at speeds of 30,000 items per hour.
According to Kern, it is suitable for applications such as PINs, letters and direct mail.
Strategic business manager Clive Martin said: "The most attractive part of this product is that you can use ordinary white paper so you can create your own designs as colourful and imaginative as possible. You can print as much as you want to so there's no wastage".
"It will fold the envelope, perforate it and then glue it so will come out as a one-piece mailer," he added.
On the Cross Media stand Konica Minolta will print full colour documents which Kern will then use to demonstrate the PageMailer in action by processing them documents into customer mailers.
Martin said: "We struck up a relationship with Konica at Drupa earlier this year."
"It's given us an opportunity to show how easy it is to integrate the PageMailer with printer vendors and software products with great results," he added.
The PageMailer, which is just one of five in the portfolio of white paper solutions that will be on display, is aimed mailrooms with medium to high production volumes.
The range of white paper solutions starts at £10,000 and is only available direct through Kern.
The other products on display from Kern will include the K515 EasyMailer, Multi PageMailer, Self Mailer and the K3500.
