Kelvinside has launched Stationery Set, an online
stationery design and print service.
"A businessman shouldn't be worried about where his stationery is," said managing director Fred Rangolan.
Jobs will be printed by members of Kelvinside's C3 Imaging digital print chain. The print sites will be chosen based on spare capacity and location.
Payment can be by account or secure payment online by credit card.
Initial orders will be for an all-in package of 500 each of business cards, letterheads, comp slips and fax headers delivered within seven days for a flat 199 fee.
The site allows users to upload their own images as well as edit all aspects of the design simply. "Current sites allow you to change text and very little else," claimed Rangolan.
As bandwidth on the Internet increases, the firm will add more types of print including brochures and point of sale.
Kelvinside is in discussions with banks about offering the service to new business customers, and with its blue-chip clients about using it as a centralised brand managed stationery supply service.
