In the process it has become the first printer in the world to own three DocuMaster machines and is also upgrading its existing two lines.
Founder Adam Hill said: "The touch screen and the on-the-run document feeding improvements in the new system are something that we need to add to our first two DocuMaster machines."
According to Hill, the machines have formed a crucial cornerstone of Just Digital's business, which was founded in 2004.
He added: "Just Digital is focused on time critical print – we cannot provide that if our equipment suppliers are not able to respond to technical issues with the same service philosophy."
The DocuMaster Pro features a SmartScreen as well as PosiFeed feeding system.
It also provides a system for taking pre-collated sets, including covers of heavier stock, and produces a creased, folded and stitched booklet, which Morgana said is finished without cracking in the book’s spine or the highly visible centre page spread.
Just Digital has recently moved to a 557sqm facility. Hill said that the £2.5m-turnover business will target £3.5m next year.
