The former Communisis business forms printing arm managed to increase its turnover from £54m to £60m despite the recession thanks to its aggressive growth strategy.
Cornford said: "It is still our goal to be the dominant player in the forms market, but we are also well under way on the journey to a more diversified product offering."
The company is currently targeting growth in both its security print division and newly acquired labels business, which was set up with the acquisition of the assets of Topflite Labels in February.
According to Cornford, the company is on target to double sales at Farrington-based Topflite to £4m per year, following two big contract wins in the retail and distribution sectors.
In addition, Integrity's security print division has increased exports to more than £4m following recent cheque printing contract wins with a number of banks in Gambia, Liberia and Sierra Leone.
The company is currently considering further investment in an enclosing line for its security print division in order to meet client demand for a secure mailing facility.
Cornford said: "Trading is still very tough and our margins are under constant pressure. However, if we need to invest in equipment or recruit additional staff, then we will do if it adds to the strength of our business proposition."
