Integrity has bought a Rival Productivity Series Inserting System in a £250,000 investment. It will be installed at its Midsomer Norton facility over the summer, replacing an older inserting line.

“It gives us the ability to do C4 enclosing, which we couldn’t do before, and is part of an overall upgrade to file-based enclosing for 100% mail pack integrity,” said sales and marketing director Andrew Law.

“It will give us additional capacity, and more robust capacity.”

The Rival inserter will be installed at Integrity’s laser mail division, which has four continuous laser lines, six cut-sheet systems, and four mailing lines. It has a maximum cycling speed of 12,000 envelopes per hour.

Jason Dies, president of document messaging technologies at Pitney Bowes, described it as a “robust, high-performance platform” that met Integrity’s requirements in providing business-critical communications for its clients.
