The ink-jet flatbed specialist posted a turnover for the financial year of 14.2m, compared to 11.3m the previous year.
Profits soared from 300,000 in 2002/3 to 1m following the 2004 launch of the Spyder and Columbia Turbo printers.
Inca managing director Bill Baxter said that the two machines had "really taken flatbed ink-jet technology into another league".
"We expect these two products to have a major impact on Inca's turnover in our next financial year too," he said.
Inca has also completed the construction of a 500,000 clean room facility at its Cambridge factory. The class six clean room, which is more than 100m2 in size, will allow Inca to recondition print heads for printers including the Eagle, Spyder and Columbia Turbo.
The company, which has recently opened a training and demonstration centre, reported that it has sold more than 120 printers since its formation at Drupa 2000.
