The position will bring all customer care, training, support, demonstration, after-sales service and parts under one umbrella.
Harrison's career in print began when he was 16 as an apprentice bookbinder with Alfred Maltby & Son in Oxford.
He joined Paperback Binders in Abingdon as a trade finisher and left as factory manager before joining Alden Press, where he became print production manager. He has been with IFS since 2007.
