The company, part of the IMAGEdata Group (IDG), was selected as the large-format digital flatbed press' test site in June. Its second machine, the first production-line model, will run alongside the test machine. Image Serigraphics worked with ink manufacturer Sericol on the tests.

"We had the very first machine at Serigraphics and the move is specifically for work including large format posters, Point of Sale and brand promotional print," said IDG sales and marketing director Paul Andrew.
