A spokesman for the company said the new magazines and two relaunches would either be printed by Wyndeham Heron, Polestar or Southernprint or spread across all three.
The new magazines were revealed as Highbury House reported its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2003.
The group reported sales of 108.1m, a rise of 15% on the previous year.
However, it reversed 2002's pre-tax profit of 6.7m posting a pre-tax loss of 25.7m. Highbury House bought Cabal Communications and Paragon Publishing in 2003 as part of a strategy to refocuse on consumer titles.
