West London-based out-of-home project management firm Hi Resolution oversaw the production of the three 96-sheet posters and the 3D elements, which included the Michelin Man, a tyre and petrol pump.
The campaign, which was designed by ad agency TBWA, will run across outdoor, press and TV.
"It was great to work with TBWA on this exciting out-of-home concept," said Hi Resolution managing director Paul Shields.
"The bespoke build across three of the Cromwell Road flagship panels was particularly impactful and really dominates the location, which is exactly what out-of-home is all about."
According to Department for Transport figures, the campaign will be viewed 6m times.
