The Sutton companys new deal will be worth 40m over four years and follows a review of print spending by the mobile communications retail group, which is known as The Phone House on the continent.
HH won its first formal deal with Carphone Warehouse almost two years ago after a trial period (PrintWeek, 30 November 2001).
It extended the contract on a rolling basis last year (PrintWeek, 5 July 2002) and was able to show Carphone Warehouse substantial cost savings, said Carphone marketing director Tristia Clarke.
HH managing director Robert MacMillan said the extension was a result of the redevelopment work the firm had done on its print management software.
Were able to develop individual elements that can interlink with other programmes, giving clients a bespoke service, he added.
Carphone Warehouse has real-time access to the system 24 hours a day.
HH has also agreed to a new costing structure and new targets with Carphone Warehouse as part of the new deal.
HHs turnover is now on course to hit more than 20m this year up 40% on last year and the new deal will add to that figure.
The firms clients also include British Gas, Thomson Holidays, The Labour Party and Brittany Ferries.
MacMillan took charge of the firm earlier this year after leading a buyout from previous owners Howard and Sharon Hunt. Howard Hunt remains as chairman and former Jarrold Printing managing director William Mills is a non-executive director.
