The deal covers point of sale, direct mail and operational print but excludes brochures. It is HH Associates' first long-term print management contract in the holiday market.
According to MyTravel procurement and logistics manager Jo Gregson, the award of the contract followed an in-depth tender process over six months.
"HH Associates were awarded the contract on submission of the best overall commercial terms, along with its available technology," said Gregson.
"It's another high profile contract for us," said HH Associates managing director Robert MacMillan. "One of the advantages was that we have our own logistics division, which we will use to store all operational print."
The warehousing and logistics of all MyTravel printed collateral will be handled at HH Associates' facility in Blackburn.
Meanwhile, HH Associates will also provide design and studio resources as part of its contract with appliance retailer PowerHouse.
The extension covers all in-store point of sale, advertising material and inserts. HH Associates signed a four-year contract with PowerHouse at the end of last year.
A seven-strong HH Associates team will be based at PowerHouse's head office to manage the studio facility. According to HH the updated contract will "deliver savings of 1m in design and proofing costs".
"We realised that by transferring control of our creative processes to HH, we could make extra savings and benefit further from their expertise," said PowerHouse general manager of marketing and communications Bethan Edwards.
