The Ashford, Kent-based printer will produce the two lifestyle publications, which will be distributed to 27,000 homes and businesses in areas including High Barnet, Finchley, Southgate and Hadley Wood.
Each edition of the 64pp titles will include 16pp of local information and include a separate cover specific to each area.
Headley Brothers is producing the 300x230mm magazine on its Goss Sunday 2000 web press. The text is printed on 70gsm stock with the cover printed on 170gsm LumiArt Gloss.
Each edition is then perfect bound in-house on the firm's Muller Martini binding line.
Headley Brothers production controller Graham Ellender told printweek.com that the printer now produces eight titles for the Archant Life London division, including The Guide, The Hill and Living South.
Living North and Living Hadley editor Mark Kebble said: "Our research showed that residents in Mill Hill were just as keen as those in Hadley Wood for a new local publication dedicated to them, so it was decided that the best route to take was launching two separate titles."
