Fresh Media Group (FMG), already Haymarket's largest pre-press supplier, will assume responsibility for all 67 of the publisher's UK business-to-business and consumer titles.
The move marks the culmination of a five-year supplier consolidation process.
It will result in the B2B titles currently produced by Icon Reproduction, including PrintWeek, Marketing and Management Today, moving to FMG's Colour Systems.
Haymarket Group production director Chris King said the decision to switch to a single supplier was driven by the need to "maximise efficiencies", and the scale of work produced by FMG meant that it was able offer the most competitive deal.
"Icon has provided Hay-market with excellent levels of quality and service for over a decade," King added.
Under the new agreement, Fresh's Virtual In-house Production (VIP) platform will be used for editorial and advertising production on all B2B titles from January, with tests starting on consumer titles shortly after.
"Our agreement with FMG will allow us to benefit from its extensive R&D activities and cutting-edge technology, ensuring we continue to raise the standard of our production process," King said.
FMG commercial director Andy Berg said the group was "delighted" to have landed the contract, which was agreed after lengthy negotiations. "It has taken a long while to get to this point it's a momentous occasion," he said.
At the start of this year, Haymarket consolidated its print supplier base, increasing the number of titles produced by the Wyndeham Press Group by 50% to 45.
Haymarket to move to single repro supplier
Haymarket Group will move to a sole pre-press supplier arrangement from January.
