Jonathan Rowland, who had been a non-executive director of the group since September, was appointed by chairman John Madejski as the group prepares for a £25m investment at Bicester-based web offset firm BGP.
Rowland said: “I’m looking forward to working with the executive team to ensure the new investment positions BGP as one of the undisputed leaders in the European print industry.”
Madejski said: “With the significant investment the Goodhead Group is making in the print business, we felt that Jonathan’s extensive knowledge of both the print world and the company would be a great asset in the role of deputy chairman.”
