The company has appointed a new managing director, Andrew Brian, who was formerly managing director of Global Graphics (UK) and Heights (UK).
Brian said the company anticipated growth in the digital pre-press and workflow sector next year, for which it produces the MaxWorkFlow tool.
It is set to announce the new name of its UK business in the next few weeks.
