The Brillia LP-NVV violet CTP photopolymer plate is manufactured for 405nm violet diode platesetters, and uses the same processor as Fujifilms LP-NN2 CTP photopolymer plate.
It is capable of run lengths up to 300,000 impressions, but no date for commercial availability has yet been set.
The Brillia LH-NN CTP thermal plate requires no pre-heating and offers higher sensitivity than its competitive thermal newspaper plates, according to Fuji.
Stable image quality is provided through the need for no pre-heating, and it also features Fujifilms Multigrain surface treatment.
The Brillia LH-NN offers run lengths of up to 200,000 impressions and should be available from the second quarter of 2004.
