"For the Christmas issue this is something of a feat," said a Radio Times spokeswoman.
More than 3m copies of the magazine were printed by Polestar Petty, Chromoworks and Colchester and Apple Web Offset. Petty, which handled the bulk of the print run, also tipped on the free Chronicles of Narnia CD and handled the stitching.
The Christmas issue will hit newsstands on 6 December.
