The companies under the umbrella brand are Kestrel, Connect, JGA, Colourlink and Bespoke and specialise in design, packaging graphics, retail graphics, signage, POP and POS.
Chief executive of VCG, Mick Tooley, said: "Currently VCG is a leader in our market and it is important that our new branding not only reflects this, but more importantly becomes a vehicle to visually promote us and to empower our people to feel part of an innovative and progressive business."
VCG employs a progressive acquisition strategy having acquired four companies in the last four years.
Tooley said: "The group is well funded and continues to pursue an active strategy of seeking out value-adding acquisitions in both Europe and the US."
The group has 280 staff employed over eight sites in the UK, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Italy and the US.
It will record a turnover of £24.5m this year and clients include Tesco, Goldsmiths, M&S, Cadbury and Britvic.
