The group, which bought several of Hays Business Process Outsourcings operations in July (PrintWeek, 24 July), is recruiting for posts in Germany, in particular, in preparation for Polands entry into the European Union next year.
David Mitchell, chief executive of the Huntingdon-based group, said Poland was on Germanys doorstep and that its entry into the EU would bring in another 39m people.
He said there were companies in Germany that would consider outsourcing to Poland, adding: Germany has a history of buying from neighbouring countries in manufacturing.
