An unrelated website with the address www.eschergrad.com falsely reports that Escher-Grad has gone out of business. It then has a link to another pre-press kit firm's website, Texas-based Dadds Equipment Company with the address www.dadds.biz.

Directors at Dadds were unavailable for comment.

Escher-Grad has declined to name the parties it has taken legal action against but it added that it "expects this issue to be resolved shortly". The company's official corporate website has a hyphen in the address: www.escher-grad.com.

Meanwhile, Escher-Grad has expanded its composite materials division, which manufactures its composite drums. It has added 3,200sqm of manufacturing space and is "increasing market share" with the Cobalt series of violet CTP systems.
