Neil Vinnicombe and Simon Haskew of Begbies Traynor were appointed as liquidators of Emtone Printing Services on 16 January, in a creditors' voluntary liquidation.
Established in 1963 the company, which at one time employed around 17 people, served clients including The Eden Project, Bath Rugby Club, The National Portrait Gallery and Bafta.
It operated a Komori Lithrone 29 H-UV B2 press among other equipment listed on its website, including a Canon ImagePress digital machine and a Roland DG wide-format device, from its facility on Locksbrook Trading Estate in Bath.
Managing director and owner John Coward, who joined Emtone more than 18 years ago, has not commented.
Komori UK managing director Steve Turner said he had heard the business had shut down.
"They did some nice work and had a lot of good customers. I'm very saddened to hear this news."
