The three sessions will be helmed by web-to-print expert Ali Ridha Jaffar, vice president of Syncoms, which specialises in tailored ecommerce solutions for design, print and marketing.
Although the webinars will use EFI’s own platform for demonstration purposes, the information is intended to be inspirational and platform agnostic.
“This is us really wishing to do something for the industry and to help people bounce back strong,” explained John Morley, worldwide channel sales director at EFI Productivity Software.
“These webinars will add value to anyone, regardless of whether they own EFI's MarketDirect StoreFront, a non-EFI solution, or are looking to invest in an ecommerce platform. The wealth of knowledge and experience that Syncoms and Ali Jaffar bring means there is something for everyone to gain value and insight from this webinar series. We are delighted that the team at Syncoms have worked together with us to offer this to our industry.”
The live sessions will take place in different time zones for international markets.
All the EU sessions take place at 3pm BST.
The first session takes place on Wednesday, 16 June, and will focus on the “hidden features” within MarketDirect StoreFront.
“This is a definite must-see webinar for anyone with any doubts about the limits to which Web2Print may be taken and for those who are considering deploying their own platform but have no real ideas about what MDSF can really do,” EFI said.
The second webinar is on 18 August. That session will focus on common web-to-print pitfalls and how to avoid them, and is titled “Anatomy of a winning Web2Print system – making it happen, despite the difficulties”.
“This is an essential webinar for those consumed by frustration with their current Web2Print strategy or are aggravated by seemingly insurmountable dilemmas. Don’t suffer alone!” EFI said.
The third session “Identify; Convert; Pitch – Successful Sales Solutions for Web2Print”, takes place on 15 September, and will focus on proven techniques when pitching web-to-print to customers.
