Eastland Colour in Eastlands, Manchester, was incorporated on 1 March 2012. Its current directors are John Bywater and Richard Lax.

Richard Lax and Richard Steven were listed as managing directors and John Bywater as investment director on Companies House in its last return in April, 2014. All the company shares were owned by a separate company, HLWKH 600.

A Wilson Field representative said that Kelly Burton would be appointed as the insolvency practitioner to this company in due course.  

Eastland Colour was involved in a pre-pack in 2012, which was also dealt with by Wilson Field.

It bought Manchester-based commercial printer Holdmede, which traded as Pelican Press, after the company was placed into administration, and Lisa Hogg and Kelly Burton of Wilson Field were appointed joint administrator in March.

The company was sold to Craig Ikin and Janette Rennicks of Eastland Colour the same day. They are listed as being previous shareholders in the last annual return filed at Companies House on 4 April, 2014, the same date when their directorships were terminated. They had transferred their shares on 1 April 2014.
