The 3,716 sqm Weybridge facility, which will be the EMEA centre as well as being its UK base, will be based on the company's Japanese headquarters.
Its showroom will be three times bigger than the existing one and Duplo UK managing director Tony Lock said that there was "huge room for expansion".
All staff will be moving across from Duplo's existing Esher location, which is split into three different sites. The facility will house its European parts and technical centre, as well as the UK headquarters.
The site purchase has been completed and building work will begin imminently, with a completion date of late next year.
Lock said: "This shows our commitment to the UK printing industry. We believe in the UK print industry. The new site comes on the back of seven years of growth, we have now outgrown our existing facility. It is perfectly located next to the M25 and not far from Heathrow and it means we can get everyone under one roof."
Lock added that the company had been searching for a site for "five or six years" but had given up on finding an existing facility, opting instead to build its own on a brownfield site.
The site will also feature a "customer experience" facility, allowing visitors to the site to see the complete inner workings of Duplo.
Lock added: "We don't just want our customers to see the machines, it isn't just about hardware. It is about meeting the people that they talk to, the whole experience of the company."
