The co-operative user group was founded in North America in 2005, and subsequently expanded into Asia Pacific. It has 6,000 members worldwide.
The new wing focused on Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) will target the 2,500 HP Indigo customers in the region with an annual conference and a range of online resources.
Dscoop EMEA director Peter van Teeseling described it as an "ideal platform" for knowledge sharing and networking.
He added that the group's grand format offering is likely to launch before next year's Drupa but EMEA users can sign up and access the established grand format offering in the US.
The Dscoop EMEA board of directors is chaired by Erwin Koerts, technical director of Drukkerij Aeroprint in Amsterdam. UK representatives include Gary Peeling, managing director of London-based Precision Printing; Jon Tolley, managing director of Nottingham's Prime Group; and Jon Bailey, sales director at Sheffield's ProCo.
Bailey said: "From now until Drupa it's free to join. We want people to start engaging with it so they can see the value – it's a fantastic forum."
