The first copies of the US title, which was previously printed in New York and flown in to the UK, rolled off an Oc DemandStream 8090 press at Wembley printer Stroma in late May.
Stroma managing director Steve Brown declined to reveal the number of copies printed at the site, but said the NYT was "by far" the biggest newspaper client.
He said that the firm receives PDFs at around 3.30am, and has two hours to print the copies before distribution begins at 5.30am.
Stroma was the first printer to join Oc's DNN in May 2001. The firm prints copies of Swiss title Neue Zrcher Zeitung, the Sydney Morning Herald and the Toronto Globe & Mail.
DNN now counts sites in South Africa, Australia and Spain, and a temporary facility was built during the 2004 Athens Olympic Games to provide international newspapers for visitors and athletes.
