Employee-owned labels group Denny Bros has acquired South London label firm Mylands Ltd, trading as PR Products.

PR Products largely operates as a print management service, though maintains a small stable of equipment at its Morden site, including hot foiling and a flexo printing machine, with four employees.

The firm had worked with Denny Bros for many years, particularly with the Suffolk group’s Willowbridge Labels subsidiary, and the 15 April acquisition has now brought the firm fully into the fold.

Graham Denny, Denny Bros managing director, said: “We are delighted to add PR Products to our portfolio of businesses.”

“We have worked closely with them for many years, both within Denny Bros and our sister company Willowbridge Labels, and we know that a professional and first class service they have provided.

“We look forward to working with existing and new customers to enhance this service even more.

“The Denny Bros Group is always on the lookout for suitable opportunities from companies with shared values.”

PR Products' latest accounts, for the year to 31 March 2024, showed asset growth of £245,000 from 2023 to 2024, taking the firm's current assets to £747,000, with capital and reserves of £470,000.

PR Products’ managing director, Peter Deering, has now retired, and plans to spend time touring Europe on his Triumph motorcycle.

Denny Bros was advised by Birketts Solicitors in the acquisition.
