The Crawley-based company, which previously outsourced work to the failed business, said that it would now be able to offer the services to Centrereed's customers.
DCL Print bought a number of assets from the administrators of Centereed, which went into administration in June of this year, including a Tamarack Specialist 300 integrated label and card producer.
Simon Smode, managing director at DCL Print, said: "We are keen to get this out there quickly, because a lot of Centereed's customers will be wondering who to go to for this service. We want to get the message out there that DCL Print can do it."
The Tamarack is already up and running and has enabled the company to keep the service in-house with existing customers, when it was previously contracting out.
The Crawley-based company also bought a Solus shrink-wrapping machine and an Atlantic Zeiser numbering machine.
DCL Print has 35 staff and a turnover of £4.8m.
