The application has been designed to enable users to build up their own agency database on Specle.net irrespective of whether all the publishers they work with have registered their ad specs on the main Specle.net website.
Specle managing director Tom Beckenham said: "We wanted to make sure that you can find everything you want on Specle even if the publisher isn't on Specle themselves.
"Agencies can put all their data in one spot, combined with data from the publishers, and finally end the days of storing specs on random bits of paper."
The application was unveiled last week.
