Creo upgrades Prinergy to v3

Creo has launched the latest version of Prinergy, which offers major improvements in automation and versioning, at Graph Expo.

"This is the most significant upgrade ever for Prinergy," proclaimed Creo corporate vice president for printing workflow systems Stan Coleman.

Version 3.0 offers rules-based automation so that users can create rules that Prinergy will automatically execute, such as making a proof anytime a page is approved, via an icon-based user interface.

It also has Unified Versioning, which the firm claims eliminates errors and automates the entire versioning process from input to platemaking.

The upgraded version, which is available immediately and is free to all existing customers, also offers enhanced user interfaces along with the full integration of Creo's Preps imposition software.
